Gwinnett Clinic at 4870 Lawrenceville Highway, Tucker, Georgia.

My 1st visit, gave me an idea how this office was out to be. I signed in and someone else came in behind me and was fussing with the receptionist on how her copay is different and goes up everytime she comes in. So I decided if I want to stay or go. So I stayed..... I gave all my info, then Sophia goes to tell me my deductible havent been meet. I said ok no problem, how much is the visit. I paid, the $100 something dollar for the visit. So as I get to the back. Dr. Joshi tells me, thats going to be extra. So before we continue I ask well how much more. She directs me to the front where there were two receptionist and so they both told me. My deductible have been meet now since i just paid for this visit of $100 and something dollars.... Cut along story short. I go online loom to see where Dr. Joshi would be that evening and it said her other location, so i drive there for 2pm coming from Lithonia, GA area. To get there and she wasnt there. I called to see if they wete still on lunch, they said no. She's at the Tucker location covering for another Dr. (ughhhh) So I drive thru traffic to go to Tucker. To get there and Sophia tells me... I havent meet my deductible. I said "Ladie I've been here several times and I've been paying a $20 copay... Now u want to tell me I haven't meet a deductible, when i meet that my very 1st visit with you all. They have some stuff with them but i do like Dr. Joshi, she's a sweetheart. Then i stand there fussing with the receptionist and just decide to leave... Piss all that driving for nothing.... Then 2-3 hrs later she try an call me and said "oh it was meet" SMMFH "TUCKER LOCATION"

Total idiots don’t waste your time
