Spirit Delivery & Distribution at 4950 South Royal Atlanta Drive # G, Tucker, Georgia.

ZERO STARS - I bought a LG black stainless steel dishwasher on Black Friday from JC Penney. Unfortunately, JC Penney uses Spirit Delivery for delivering appliances. There has been three delivery dates, and I still do not have my dishwasher installed. The first delivery: the delivery guy came in and saw the area the dishwasher needed to be install. He was on his way out the door but stopped to say that he needed to check the dishwasher on the truck to make sure it did not have any damages. Of course he came back and said the dishwasher had damages, and he could not install it. I wanted to see the damages, so I went to the delivery truck. The brand new dishwasher did have some dings ( it looked like some one hit it with their fists a few times). The second delivery: the delivery guy came in and saw the area the dishwasher needed to be install. The delivery guy looked under the sink and said he could not install the dishwasher because I had custom cabinets. I told him I had custom cabinets when the previous delivery company installed my current appliances. Then he stated that the dishwasher hose was not long enough ( he had six feet and I needed 12 feet). I asked him if he had a 12 feet dishwasher hose on his delivery truck (the reply was NO). By this time, the other two delivery guys bought the dishwasher in my home. One delivery guy proceeded to ask me for paper towels. I asked him why did he need paper towels. He replied, to wipe water up. Water....what water? Water was leaking from the brand new dishwasher. Needless to say, the leaking dishwasher was not installed in my home, and the three delivery guys had my home smelling like marijuana. The third delivery: the delivery guy came in and saw the area the dishwasher needed to be install. He looked under the sink and measured the width of my current dishwasher. The delivery guy said he could not install the new dishwasher because it was too big for the space. I told him to bring in the new dishwasher, and I would have a licensed plumber install it. I waited a few minutes, and went to the front door. The delivery truck, with my new dishwasher, was gone. I called the number that called me at 6:58 AM to tell me that they would be at my home in 30 minutes. The delivery guys blocked my home number. So I called with my cell, and he did not answer. I pulled the manual of my current dishwasher and the dimensions are actually bigger than the new dishwasher dimensions. UNBELIEVABLE (not really, this is the third delivery)!!!!! I called Spirit Delivery, and they are to deliver my dishwasher sometime today.
